New York Times has the story how Obama served Exelon’s needs while lying to his constituents all the way to the bank.

“Exelon, the country’s largest nuclear plant operator and one of Mr. Obama’s largest sources of campaign money to the tune of $277,000…Exelon’s support for Mr. Obama far exceeds its support for any other presidential candidate.

[Mr. Obama's] campaign did not directly address the question of why Mr. Obama had told Iowa voters [in December] that ‘a bill to require all plant owners to notify state and local authorities immediately of even small leaks’ had passed….’the only nuclear legislation that I’ve passed’ he told the crowd “–Nuclear Leaks and Response Tested Obama In Senate, New York Times, February 3, 2008
